Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Purban embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
