History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small island village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
