History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Gerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to reunite with his old friends

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Heather does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Heather was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heather's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
