History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Thradal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
