Personality: Emeny hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Barber like her father before her.
