History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a green vest and prefers tan and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His copper crest has been sun bleached extensively. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Gifted from a young age, Lia studied abroad. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
