History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Syllin's homeland. Syllin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Pandjed learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Weaver. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western man is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, brown shirt, and green tie. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.
