Amphibious. This creature can breathe air and water.
Ambusher. In the first round of a combat, this creature has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it surprised.

On Hit: 1 (1d4-1) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 1 (1d4-1) poison damage on a failed save (half damage on success). If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points then they're stable, poisoned, and paralyzed for 1 hour, even if they regain hit points.
Short Shot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, one creature, range 80/320 ft. On Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage.
Web (Restrain) (Recharge d6: 5–6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, one creature, range 30/60 ft. On Hit: The target is restrained (escape Strength DC 13). The webbing can be targeted and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage), freeing the target.
