Immutable Form. The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Weapons. The golem's weapon attacks are magical.
Breakage. The golem attacks with a large glass staff, which does bludgeoning damage. If it inflicts half or more of its maximum damage (6+), the staff breaks and now does slashing damage.
Glass Explosion. If the golem takes more than 6 dmg from any one physical attack, each creature within 5 feet of it takes 5 (2d4+1) piercing damage and must make a DC 14 Dex save, or be Blinded. The Blinded condition lasts until the damage taken from the explosion is healed. Flushing the creature's eyes with liquid will also counter the Blinded effect.

Flame Gout (Recharge 5–6). The golem emits a gout of flame from its hand in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 12 (3d6+3) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Multiattack. The golem makes two attacks.
