Actions
Multiattack. This creature makes 2 attacks, using any combination of Poison Bite or Tendril.
Poison Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, one creature, reach 5 ft. On Hit: 17 (2d12+5) poison damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute (repeat save at end of each turn).
Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, one creature, reach 60 ft. On Hit: The target is restrained (escape DC 21). While restrained, the target has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. This creature can't use the same tendril on another target while it's restraining a creature.
Reel. Pull each grappled creature up to 25 feet.
Oil. This creature creates a 1 inch deep puddle of nonflammable oil that covers the ground in its space for 1 hour. Any non-Skeleton creature that enters the puddle or starts its turn there must succeed on a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be restrained (escape DC 21), otherwise it's treated as difficult terrain.
