Feeling like a burden to their family, your character decided to leave home and make a new life for themselves. They wandered the land, relying on their other senses to survive. During their travels, they began to have strange dreams and visions of a haunting figure in the moonlight. The figure spoke to them, urging them to seek out a temple of Selûne.
On a night when the moon was full, your character stumbled upon a temple of Selûne, where they met a group of clerics who worshipped the moon goddess. Drawn to their peaceful and gentle ways, your character decided to join the order, hoping to find answers to the haunting visions that plagued them. As they learned more about the moon goddess and her teachings, your character began to feel a sense of belonging and purpose. They found that their blindness allowed them to connect with the world in a different way, relying on their intuition and their connection to the goddess to guide them.
However, the haunting figure in their dreams did not leave them alone. It continued to appear to them, causing them to have nightmares and disturbing visions. Your character began to feel like they were being pulled in two different directions, torn between their devotion to Selûne and the darkness that haunted them.
Despite these struggles, your character continued to serve as a cleric of the moon goddess, using their gifts to heal and protect others. They often wear flowing white robes and carry a staff adorned with moonstones, embodying the moon's peaceful and healing energy. However, they also carry the weight of their haunted past with them and are constantly striving to find a balance between the light and the darkness within them.
