- Active - When you hit a creature with an attack using aweapon, can suimmon fiery shackles: Target takes extra 2d6 Fire and must secceed Str Save or be restraked 1 min. While restrated target takes 2d6 Fire each turn and makes a save again
Frost Rune
- Passive - Advantage on Animal Handling and Intimidation
- Active - As a bonus action, for 10 min gain =2 to all ability checks and saves using Str or Con.
Hill Rune- Passive - Advantage on Saves against poison, and resist to poison
- Active - As bonus action gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing for one min
Storm Rune- Passive - Advantage one Arcana checks and can not be surprised
- Active - As bonus action, for one min, when you or antoehr creature you see within 60 ft makes an attack, save, or ability check, can yuse your reaction to give the roll adv, or disadvantage
