Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
