History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Efferil was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

His hair is long and golden with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the west. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Personality: Rael is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well
