He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Mindartis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
