History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east. Efferil was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Soapmaker. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
