History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This malnourished man wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
