History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Heian was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Thervan took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
