Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an entirely brown suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He wears his silver hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nutae was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is typically in his Ruler uniform. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
