Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He carries with him a set of morningstars, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
