He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the north to a Fisher, Mindartis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
