History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
