History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.
