Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a great chef.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud
