Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
