History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has amber eyes.

Personality: Rael is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Rael was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
