History: Born to a Fisher, his father struggled to pay the bills. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
