Description: An older man who wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
