History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
