Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered green hat.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Immeral and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
