History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Laucian was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Efferil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
