Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'1". He is dressed in an above average manner, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Lucan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
