History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Lucan was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
