Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
