He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears dull tan sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ivellios isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ivellios lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ivellios was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
