History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
