Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a sai on his belt. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Heian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
