Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears a violet costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things
