Personality: Varis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Varis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
