Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
