Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Riardon grew up listening to his father's many stories. Riardon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
