History: Vanuath hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanuath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
