History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
