Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), marred by teas. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Nim and his spouse have recently divorced.
