Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Immeral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.
