History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gennal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gennal studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
