Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears tattered old clothes. His hair is cut close to his head. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shipwright born in the past three hundred years. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Beiro was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To be a Spy again; and expand his business

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
