Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.
