He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Peren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
