Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
